I encoded a bunch of XviD files to MPEG2 for DVD using TMPGEnc 3 Xpress but unfortunately I had set ffdshow to offset the output which flips and mirrors the video and obviously TMPGEnc uses the system default decoder thus the encoded videos are upside down, which I did not want.

I could obviously reencode the videos from the source XviD files again without the Offset option enabled on ffdshow, but it's a lot of videos so if it can be avoided I'd like to.

Is it possible to flip & mirror the outputted MPEG2 files without actually re-encoding (some method taking substantially less time then actual encoding)?

I came across Blaze Media Pro which has flip & mirror but I'm only able to re-encode with it. Virtualdub-MPEG2 doesn't support MPEG2 output only input so that's out. Any other options?

    Any help is much appreciated.

You can play them back in VLC. In Preferences->Video->Filters->Transfomation there is a rotate 180 option.
