hey everyone
my parents english isnt too good, so lately i have been looking for hebrew subtitles to add onto the dvds i burn for them...... ive found a few good ones but whenever i burn them they are displayed back to front (i.e. english writing goes from left to right, hebrew goes from right to left, but with these subtitles its going from left to right)
so a sentance like this, ends up being displayed like this
siht ekil deyalpsid gnieb pu sdne ,siht ekil ecnatnes a os
im using convertxtodvd to compile and burn these dvds, what should i do to fix this problem?
also anyone know where i can get good hebrew subtitles for shows like Dexter and Heroes, or for new release movies?
cheers,
ben

Some versions I've heard have more trouble with non-English subtitles then others. Generally 2.1.8 does the job and quite well. You would have to experiment with font settings (try different fonts and specify (select) particular character set before every (!)encoding. Most incompatibilities are due to font-character set relationship. Try new version if you can, I believe it has subtitle preview.
