  1. I'm getting my girlfriend an iPod Nano for Christmas. I've heard iTunes 7 is very bloated especially if you aren't using the iTunes shop for music downloads. I know there are other pieces of software available but I have no idea what they are or which ones are considered the best. Any input would be appreciated. I've seen a few mentioned on the site already, like Anapod. But I'd like some opinions on them.

iTunes really is the best. It is made to seamlessly work with the iPod.
    His name was MackemX

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

  3. Thanks for your input. I've got the iPod and installed iTunes on my PC to mess around with it. I can't say I care much for iTunes but I think she can get use to it.

iTunes 7 had several bugs upon initial release causing it to slow down and run very slow on both Mac OS and on Windows. Since then Apple has released several updates to fix the issues. I haven't noticed any issues on either platform and I prefer iTunes to many other media player.

    My 2 cents.
