    Anyone own one of these? Whats the up-scaling quality like?

    It would be used with a 32" HDTV through HDMI 720p/1080i/etc etc etc

    I do not know any pros/cons about UK model and I never owned US model either so my comment is only based on what I used to read about it. Some reviews show that this player suffers from sudden “frizzing ups” and also from “microblocking” exacerbation affect when up-scaler in use.

    the 980 model is better it use the Faroudja DCDi chip.

    check the Sony DVPNS75H or the Oppo they are much better than the Samsung
