How do i make a movie that has a size of 850 mb in mpeg1/VCD mode, become 1300 mb....
This must come with better quality... doesn't it, compared to the 850 mb file...
How do i do this....???
I want this because i am burning the movie on 2 cd's, i want to use the space on the disc optimaly.
