    After reloading Windows 98SE, I'm no longer able to open new web pages @ full size like I could before. Left-clicking it works fine, but when I right-click and select 'Open in New Window' (my preferred method), the new web page is approx. half-size and I have to 'maximize' it to get to full size. Is there a browser (IE6/SP1) setting that I haven't found yet?
