I have some Region 1 DVDs that my region 2 players will not play. Nor can I find a hack code for them. So, I'm wondering if I could somehow copy them on the PC to make them playable in my Region 2 DVD players. I have DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter (both of which I used once before to put 3 little home movies onto 1 disc).

Have just noticed though that DVD Decrypter has been shut down for legal reasons so another silly question, should I therefore install this from my pc and does anyone have a recommendable replacement?

    Many thanks......Celine

Use the two tools you mentioned and the resulting DVD's will be region free.
