I Need Some Help Burning Some Japanese Torrents to DVD+R's

I have a few Japanese torrents; Rurouni Kenshin, FLCL, Gundam Wing, and Blue Submarine No. 6. I don't have any players for it. I know that the CCCP program works for them. But I am trying to burn them. The primary language is Japanese, but it has an English soundtrack. I need to find a burner that can change the primary language, and I don't know of any burners that will handle OGM, SSA, or MKV files. I would really, really appreciate some help.

there isn't a burner that can change the primary language .... it can be done with software but as you have downloaded what is most likely copyrighted material and there fore amounts to piracy i'm not going to tell you how to do it.
