    hey i'm making a karaokae subtitles
    i've done them all in sync cept that it doesnt slowly highlight the word as it goes along, i'm using substation
    any ideas?

    To get the SSA subtitles to highlight the words in steps the following might help.(picked from SSA Format).
    \k<duration> <duration> is the amount of time that each section of text is highlighted for in a dialogue event with the Karaoke effect. The durations are in hundredths of seconds.
    eg. {\k94}This {\k48}is {\k24}a {\k150}karaoke {\k94}line

    A full example script line is shown below(from VDub)
    Dialogue: Marked=0,0:01:40.00,0:01:45.00,Karaoke,,0000,0000, 0000,Karaoke,{\fs18\k100}one {\k100}two {\k50}three-{\k50}and {\k100}four
