    I sometimes have problems with my clients DVD's. Before I send them out I ask them what make & model machine they have. But sometimes they give these DVD's out family members. What kind of DVD's would you suggest (+ or -R's)

    As lumis suggests TY -R are the best. Some of my clients can't play them, though. They seem to have better luck with Prodisc -R. (No matter how hard you try, you'll never find a disc that is 100% compatible with all players.)

    I have had great success using Ritek Ridata G05 8x DVD-R (Ridata branded) : no complaints yet.
