  1. I have created some short VCD 10-30 minutes using the standard VCD format of TMPGENc. I burn them to CDR with Roxie Easy CD 5.0. I can play full length 60 minutes and short length VCDs on my computer DVD drive with out a problem. The full length 60 minute VCDs play in my Pioneer 343 no problem, but short length VCDs don't play. The Pioneer thinks that it is a VCD, but never shows anything on the screen. Anything under 30 minutes seems to be a problem. Has anyone else run into this before? The only idea I came up with was to burn junk video after my main video, or to put the same file on twice, so that way I always burn a complete 60 minute VCD disk. Any suggestions please?

  2. I tried making VCD's with Easy Cd 5.0 and I couldn't get them to work at all in my pioneer player. I would only read them as regular cd's and would play audio but not video. I don't know if it was something I was doing, but now since I switched to Nero everything works great.
