I have some episodes of a TV show and I want to put them on a DVD but I don't want to convert them into .VOB files. Is there any way that I can keep my .AVI files and still make a menu wich includes the subtitle of the episodes too. I tried NeroVision but I couldn't add subtitles, so I tried Super DVD Creator which allows me to add subtitles but I can't keep the .AVI files because they are converted. I would really appreciate your help. Thnx

You can make them in divx format with a menu using for example DivXMediaBuilder. No converting of the avi files.
If you want to play them on a dvd divx player you need a divx ultra certfied dvd player. And to play them on a your computer you need the divx player from www.divx.com -
...or if you have a DivX/XviD capable player (but not Ultra certified) just put the subtitle file in srt format and your AVI in the same dir on the DVD (burn as data) and give the AVI and SRT the same name (e.g. tvshow.avi, tvshow.srt) and be satisfied with what menu your player provides for data disks.
