    i have a problem..my dvd player is pretty fucked up and for some reason plays almost all the vcds i burn in black and white
    so i'm just going to perform a test and see if mabye it's because of the encoding
    the mmajority of the vcds i burn are in pal but when i did burn a few in ntsc it turned out fine
    so is there a software that will allow me to change my pal encoding to ntsc and if so what is the procedure?
