How do I copy a DVD-RW movie to a DVD+R disk? The problem is my dad never finalized the disc so I am unable to watch it on my dvd player.

Ask him to finalize the disk if at all possible.
If that's not practical but you can see something on the disk when you pop it into your computer, you should be able to simply copy it. Maybe use ISOBuster if necessary.
If the data on the disc is in VOB file format, you can just use Nero's and use the DVD-Video compilation type to burn. If it's in VRO format, a run through Nero Vision will take care of it. -
Not that I know of, or none that won't watermark your video.
Maybe you could try VirtualDub.
