Hi,
I'm looking for a cheap player for overseas use so it should have the capability of accepting 220V as well. I'm in the US and sometime back I saw Cyberhome players that had this feature, but I cant find them anymore.... I was also a bit skeptical due to mixed reviews about cyberhome, but thought I would give it a shot since its only $30 but I dont think they are available anymore....
Can someone please help and suggest something.....
Many thanks
uzee

If you just want a player, many wal mart cheap brands will do what you want, or why not get a dvd recorder that pal/ntsc and voltage 110-220, eg: Dyatke,Lite-on.
For a player I am a big philips fan, as they seem to work well with hacks.
dvd 642 being a specific.PAL/NTSC problem solver.

I'd advise just buying a player overseas. I tried to be cheap and bring a Cyberhome player as a gift to my (at the time) girlfriend in eastern Europe and it got damaged on the plane ride over. Unless you can pack this player very securely, the same thing may happen to you. I just ended up buying her a player at a local store. Wish I'd done that to begin with.
