I am streaming live tv with VLC, but when I try to watch the stream, there appear to be interlace lines during fast motion scenes. I am assuming the video needs to be deinterlace, but I do not see this option anywhere.
Any advice?

VLC has 'Deinterlace' settings under 'Video'. Maybe that's different when streaming. You could check the documentation for VLC streaming: http://www.videolan.org/doc/
