    is there any software for merging divx subtitle to divx video file(AVI) that divx video file be apear in one file.
    (TRACK01.avi & TRACK01.SRT) ----> (TRACK01.avi)

    AVI-Mux GUI. That isn't a DivX subtitle or a DivX file though. Just an srt in an avi as you asked. For DivX (xsub) subs in a divx file you would need to use DivXMux or one of the GUI's out there.
