    This has irritated me for a while now, why do I have to login to add a tool comment when I'm already logged in to the forums? A minor irritant, but it seems redundant.

    I'm guessing for a couple of reasons. 'Tools' is separate from the forums and your login was set up for them, and it enables us to know who is really making the comments to limit spamming. Baldrick probably has the correct explanation, though.

    Good point Safesurfer; it would be easier to use the site login cookie with the lists as well.

    I was going to fix this but I forgot it...but it is fixed NOW! You don't have to login if you already are logged in....
