Hello everyone,
When converting NTSC(film) to NTSC the resulting dvd's stutter (especially) on pan shots, as if a frame is missing. I have tried both with and without pulldown but to no avail. My DVD player and TV both support NTSC. I have also noticed that at several points in the converted movie there are 'freeze ups' only for a second and with a few green blocky artefacts.
Has anyone got any advise on combatting these issues?
Many thanks in advance
