JVC M10S DVD Recorder region code
Two methods discussed in the forum on how to enter 0 region on your JVC M10S DVD recorder. The first attemp of downloading the LG zip file, burining this file to disc on nero and playing in the DVD player, unfortunately this method did not work for me.

The second method of pressing the record button on the DVD player with no disc in the player, the desired "Update" appeared on the unit as stated in the forum but did not ask for any region code.

Can anyone offer advice why this second method did not allow the region selection if it allowed the update to appear on the machine.
