When I convert XviD files to KVCD format I get purple lines in the output file. I have attached a picture to show the problem I am getting.

I am using WinAVI Video Converter 7.6 and Xvid v1.1. Could an expert person please help me to solve this problem?

    Thanks,

    Sarah. x

Yes, I've tried other converters and I do NOT get the same problem. But I like WinAVI because it is super fast and reasonable quality.

I have contacted WinAVI, but they haven't replied yet. It only happens when I try to convert Xvid to KVCD. VCD or SVCD is fine. I was hoping it was a common problem that someone could instantly solve for me, but it is beginning to look like a WinAVI specific problem, unfortunately. Perhaps I will have to wait for WinAVI's reply.
