    I know this camcorder has no headphone jack but does have RCA inputs.
    I know there are headphone gadgets to connect the RCA to the headphones.
    I need specific details...what device is best? It must be battery operated or passive.
    An actual gadget / workaround solution. Thank you so much.

    Oh...different topic... how does the Rode Vidomic sound for this camcorder?
    And is there a better camcorder in this price or cheaper (preferred)? ... that has a shoe for an external mic... I would actually like to buy a less quality (video-wise) camera but I'm using it for a 'rock camp' for kids...sound is crucial... any suggestions?
