Okay,
I sell stuff on e-bay, i have for something like 7-8 years, since before it got famous when it was just starting.
Anyway's, the last 2 years i stopped taking money orders (i wont even mess with personal checks) and only take paypal as payment because most people use paypal and half the time people would never send payment.
So last week someone ask's if they could please pay me with a money order, i said sure, it's like the 3rd time in the last year i let someone pay with a money order.
So today i get an e-mail from them, Now mind you it's been less than 24 hours since the auction ended!!! and they are threatening me with a negative feedback & to not send payment if i don't send them the info of where to send the payment!!![]()

I can't F'ing beleive it!!!! they are so impatient that less than 24 hours after the auction ends they are threatening me after i did them a favor!!!
I wrote back and told them a few choice things and it's hard for me to sell anything to anyone with that bad of an attitude!!
And for 2 cent's i would take the negative and throw one right back at them!!
My feedback is WAAAAY beyond theirs!!
Of course i did not give them the address where to send payment yet!!
What would you do ?
![]()

And it's a whole $12.00!!!![]()
Oh yeah, i thought you used to be able to cancell an auction after it was done, but i looked everywhere and can't find crap about it on e-bay, it's like over the last couple of years they have changed alot and made alot of things near impossible to find![]()
I know you can't cancell a bid after the auction is done but i thought i cancelled an auction after it was done, but it's been years since i've had one i've really wanted to because of some jerks attitude!!

You want the money, right, otherwise you would not have started the auction. Just suck it up and send the details. Some battles are not worth fighting.
When you send the details, say that you are sorry for the delay!
Do you want to be a businessman or an *******? Your choice. -

And it's the principle of it, less than 24 hours after the auction ended and someone i was doing a favor for is already threatening me with a negative
I don't live on this thing 24/7!!
Sorry, but he already went beyond being just an *******!!
And i have this problem when people are like that with me, you would not want to try that to my face because i don't react well to threat's or intimidation, i'm not some overweight little pc geek 8)
It just makes me not want to deal with you because you've already shown your a little.... well, you should get the idea -

What are you...5 years old? Get over yourself.
Whining here isn't going to help. Tell him to piss off and take the negative hit if you're such a tough guy. -
Lay down the law. He has two choices:
1 -- To **** off and leave a negative. You'll do the same for him. This guy is going to be non-stop trouble. May as well bail on him now.
2 -- To learn some patience. You're a person, not a robot, and you expect people to wait a day or two while you get organized. You'll get back to him tomorrow or the next day, with all the needed info.
It's not like the SOB can do much on the weekend anyway.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

Fleabay.... Gotta love it.
JSBIt will be very hard to defend your rights, when you don't have any. -
Tell him that you'll send the address as soon as he leaves you positive feedback. If not, tell him where to send your Paypal payment.

I'm with you, Noahtuck.
Tell him to send it to

And as far as whining goes.... think again, i already knew i was gonna tell him to F'off before even posting here, just thought it was a good story to pass along about one of the other morons out there 8)
Whining... that's a good one!!
I had someone actually complain about slow shipping!! They paid on the 20th, the package was delivered to their home on the 23rd!!! and they complained about slow shipping!!
I buy stuff and it's not even postmarked for 10 days & i don't complain!!!
I'm not a child, if i want something today i drive my ass to the store, if not, i know how to wait 8)

I was going to tell them that all i had to do was file a NPB against them because i state right on my auctions "PAYPAL ONLY" in huge red letters, after all, i was doing them a favor taking a M.O. and they want to get hard nosed in less than 24 hours

I told them i'd be more than happy to take a negative and throw one right back at them -

send a box of dogcrap instead.
I remember getting a nasty message from another bidder asking why i was willing to keep outbidding them for such a piece of crap. "its only worth $5 so why are you willing to pay$25". Why was he willing to pay $24?
Blow me and quit wasting my time.... -

Almost thought it was a kid the way he was going on and on about it
Then one time i had some guy accusing me of out bidding him on my own stuff at the last minute because he kept bidding on diff. auctions of mine and was always losing them at the last minuteI was like well i guess other people wanted it more than you

Why hijack this thread? Why not simply create a thread explaining why you like Sony, if you really like them so much?
It's just the guy's avatar. Do you really have to get so involved in the meaning behind it? or how it's constructed?
And to everyone,
your = possessive ("That is your dinner.)
you're = you are ("you're starting to annoy me")

It's quite honestly the "professional sellers" that are a pain in the ass, with their wishy-washy rules and lack of honesty and patience.
Some people feel that the word "professional" is a synonym for "nice no matter how you are treated in return". Guess what? That's crap. When confronted by an *******, any person or individual has a right to "divorce the customer". Handle it any way you like. Anything in the gamut from "your business is no longer accepted, please leave" to "**** off" may be perfectly acceptable, depending on who you are or who you represent.
Bitchy customers will never serve any purpose, they have no benefits. Inversely, they rarely have negative consequences either. These people will complain no matter what, you will never get referrals from them, and most people (others around them) with common sense already know to ignore the dribble they spout. So telling a bad customer to go away is a win-win situation, especially if it's for just a pocket change worth of business.
"Professional" is one of those concepts that was distorted and perverted during the political correctness movement. Professional means you are exceptionally skilled at your trade or career, it does not have a damned thing to do with your level of niceness.
Sometimes the other person's point of view is pure crap. Unfair, unreasonable... maybe even outright insane. Just look at politics or religion for examples of that phenomenon.

My legs were amputated due to cancer and my wheelchair broke down at the worst possible moment, when I was supposed to visit my doctor for chemotherapy treatments. Please don't give me bad feedback. Since the layoff, eBay income is my only income."
In short, I'd have tried to make the guy feel like the real turd he was. But, that's just me. -
This is exactly why I stopped selling on Ebay. There are way too many freaks and a**holes. It's just not worth it.
I replaced one of my movies with a new 2 disc special edition. So I decided to sell the original 1 disc edition on Ebay. The woman left me a negative feedback and then contacted me demanding a refund claiming that I didnt warn her that the DVD (that's right, DVD) would not play in her CD Rom.
In other words she wanted to copy the movie for free and return it to me. Nobody is that dumb. Right? Now if I replace a movie, I just give the original to a friend or employee. They are genuinely happy to get it and I don't have to waste time listing the disc and driving to the Post Office. All for a whopping 7 or 8 dollars. What the hell was I thinking?
I haven't bought anything since the Alias Season 4 set I bought a while ago on half.com. Never saw the set. Filed a complaint with half.com and it was pointless. Never even heard from them.
If you are going to sell on Ebay the a**hole factor is an intregal part of the experience. Either you accept it as part and parcel of dealing with Ebay or you decide it's not worth it and move on. -
I had a woman off of ebay send me a virus via email after I emailed her that the chinese dvd she auctioned off on ebay was not a DVD. It was a VCD that froze up all of my dvd players. I asked for a full refund including the shipping cost. She insisted it was a DVD even when I told her it wasn't and offered to show her that it wasn't.
The next day Norton's alerted me that I had a virus. I went through properties in outlook express and found it was sent by this woman. Her stupid email address was seen in properties. I let it go and then changed my email user name for my road runner internet acct. and then created a new email user name. Two days later someone posted negative feedback for this woman calling her a fake. She apparently sold this guy some cartoon cells that were fake. He told her he was contacting the authorities who I believe were Warner Brothers. It was all downhill after that for this woman. What comes around goes around!!!!
