    Hi,

    I have had my DVD Recorder for a couple of months now and was amazed that it refused to record SKY+ via scart in widescreen. After doing a bit of digging it seems that this is quite common: Sky+ doesn't send the widescreen switching signal over scart! So i had to edit the IFO files manually with IFOEdit, to change the aspect ratio from 4:3 to 16:9, and then reauthor with say DVDShrink.

    Anyway all this was getting very tedious so i wrote a tool to patch the whole DVD in one click: IfoAR2WS

    (BTW it is a .Net framework application)

    Hi, I have exactly the same problem and use an Apple Mac running OS 10.4.7 Tiger. Do you know of any similar simple but elegant program such as IfoAR2WS that works in Mac OS?

    Can IfoAR2WS easily be ported to Mac OS X or Unix?
