    What's the best way to do this when you rip with dvd decrypter? You're left with a load of files, usually 0.99gb vob files.

    How can you play it like it was on a disc, but from your hdd? Cheers.

    edit - nevermind, read the faq, can;t seem to delete this post though...

  2. Some video player software have a "dvd from folder" function, as WinDVD 7. Just open the video_ts.vob, which usually is the main menu file , and here you go. Also, you can add all vob files to a playlist like there is in WinDVD, BsPlayer, Media Player Classic, etc

    Use PowerDVD or WinDVD and select "Open DVD file on Hard Disk Drive" option. I do this all the time with PowerDVD 7.

    Others players like MPC, VLC Media Player should also have this capability.
