hi, i live in england, manchester, i need a serivce provider that gives me a great upload and download speeds, since il be downloading all the time i dont want any limits,a dn even if they say unlimited download, thats what i mean, some places in the small print do set limitations, also i dont want a connection that is going to go up and down like a roller coaster at different parts of the day, i have a bt line but that can easily change,i heard bulldog was good, basically 3 things ill need

1 unlimited download space
2 8 meg will be the fastest my line could go, if that, but a new line if that helps, so fast up/download
3 a stable line with decnt customer service
