    CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THIS CODE MEAN AND HOW CAN I FIX IT.
    PLAYER WAS PLAYING FINE COULD PLAY BURNED VCD AND DVD'S UNABLE TO PLAY ANYTHING NOW. NEED HELP PLEASE

    I'm interested too, can't find any docs on the web. If it means anything, it might be that you shouldn't have bought a Sony. Don't feel bad, i have two of them ;-( Try a head cleaning disk?

    I'm gonna follow this one to see if anyone knows if there is a specific meaning to the code. I see it every time anything isn't just right, and a LOT!

    Oh, and caps lock off, please....

    The code means that you have a "dirty disc" (pg. 63 of my manual for my DVP-NS300). I cant get ANY burnt CD's to work, so dont feel bad.

    Hopefully someone will know more
