Photo Album software for website

I have free webspace on bellsouth that I can ftp my website to, but I have not found a good simple way to create Family Photo albums.My current one was created with Publisher 2000 and some html editor. But it was not easy and made the files bigger than I think they need to be. I would like to create a page with randomly placed jpg images (thumnails), that when clicked on bring up a larger image. I also have some short mp3 sound files that I want to attach (or point) to some images. I have done all of this, but it was very time consuming and hard to edit. Is there any software that will make this easy?

Check out jalbum. I don't think it does the MP3 but it does everything else and it's free.
