  1. Hi M8s,
    I have downloaded a video clip which I have discovered is in MKV format.
    I have googled it and found the main web site Matroska who implied that DVD santa 4 would convert the MKV files to DVD.
    I,ve tried and not so!
    I also have VSO divx to DVD which will not convert the file!
    I found another site which said that mainconcept MPEG would do the trick, again a blank.

    Has anyone on the forum coverted any MKV files and if so would they be willing to share their experience.

    you can try converting to normal avi first. search the tool section here for mkv and try a couple. once it's in a standard avi divxtodvd should handle it fine.
