Is there a way to not have the first file I bring into TDA be the first chapter on the DVD?
The project I'm working on has 5 chapters and an opening credit roll.
The first file I'm bringing in is the credit roll which I would like to not be the opening chapter on the menu but would like to have it play first when the DVD starts playing
The next file I bring in is chapter 1 which I would like to be first on the menu;
chapter 2 to be the 2nd chapter on tne menu etc..
Is there a way to have 5 chapters in the menu without having to watch the opening credits when you navigate from any other chapter to chapter 1 ?
Hope this makes sense
Appreciate your help

You can do it using TDA 1.6 (or 1.5) and PgcEdit (a freeware tool). Check this threat out, https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?p=1438883#1438883

rkr1958's link is the one you need.
Author just the opening credits on their own so that they are converted to IFO, BUP and VOB files. Then author everything but the opening credits, configure menus etc, exactly how you want the final output to be. Then use PGCEdit to import the credits as the FirstPlay clip.
Unless of course, TDA 2.0 can do a firstplay clip ???If in doubt, Google it. -
I found that in TDA 2.0 if you click left of the settings button under the add a track button you can select add a first playtrack.
Now I'm trying to add several clips to the project without each clip being a new chapter in the menu.
I want clip "a" and clip "b" to be part of the same chapter but when I add the clips
to the project TDA makes each clip a seperate chapter in the menu.
How do I add 2 or more clips to a project witout each clip being a seperate chapter?
I know these are really basic questions and really appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks Jimmalenko; I found that by putting the individual clips in seperate tracks TDA dosen't assign them to seperate chapters which is good but then when I insert the disc and press "menu" on the remote I get a track menu that dosen't show the chapters on the menu.
If I press "top menu" then it shows the menu I created with the 5 chapters.
Is there a way to have the menu with the chapters come up when I press menu?
Appreciate your help
