I'm using eye TV 2.2.1 to record the world cup games from cable. I'd then like to use DVD2oneX2 to compress and burn (would rather not spend the money on Toast). I've been trying to use ffmpegX to convert the program stream export from eye TV to VIDEO_TS. The "DVD mpeg2enc" preset immediately gives me an error messege in the progress window. "DVD ffmpeg preset" immediately gives me a mpeg quick time image - no folder containing separate VIDEO_TS and AUDEO_TS files. Strange thing is that I actually converted 2 recordings successfully but can't recall what I did differently. I've tried many possibilities including a DV export.
Any suggestionsjavascript:emoticon(''), or should I just resort to Toast.javascript:emoticon('
')
Thanks
Hal
