I'm interested in the Panasonic DMR-EX75.
But on seeing the front page of the instruction mannal I'm a little worried.
It says - The DVD Recorder is for viewing and recording free to view channels only, not pay TV or encrypted channels.
Now does this mean only USE this to record free to view channels,
or is it that it will ONLY record free to view channels?

Its means it can only record the free, Freeview channels as it does not have a slot for Top-Up TV but............. if you have a box connnected which had a Top-Up TV slot then it would record ok
Would like one myself but have no money
