which keywords to use?

I was wondering if anyone out there might be able to tell me which keywords that I should search for so that I might be able to find any posting that might have a list of website that has first play videos for download. Such as the standarad count down and so forth. Thank You in advance for your help.

stock footage is a good place to start.

Micorosft has a couple of packs for WMM that includes some high quality leader and countdown timer footage.

Premiere can create one for you as well.
