    What's new in v1.03?

    1) Change option dialog into property sheet.
    2) Add Region Free Page into to property sheet.
    3) The Region Free information for disc and drive can be seen in the Region Free Page.
    4) User can choose the region code to simulate for the DVD Drive, this is useful for RCE DVD.
    5) Add RioDVD into Autoplay List of windows.
