Ihave dvd santa version 4 but everytime i try to use it I get a message up from microsoft saying they have encountered a problem and have to close the programme down. Frankly this is driving me up the wall, can anyone help.![]()

Yes - DVD Santa support. Except they don't answer emails or calls and don't care about their customers.
Ditch the piece of crap and either buy ConvertXtoDVD, or learn to use better tools to do the job.
Otherwise, try uninstalling, stripping the registry, and installing again.Read my blog here.
