    When I move the slider (Realplayer and WMP) forward the video will take 4-5 seconds to start playing/moving. What causes this?

    Maybe a source file problem with indexing.

    I have the same problem, its mainly because its a large file. It never happens with any other file format (divx, xvid, mpeg, avi etc...), just wmv.
