I would like to copy a DVD which has both widescreen and full screen versions on the same disc. If I only copy the widescreen version and the extras, it will fit on a 4.7GB disc without reencoding. Problem is, I want to keep the menus as is, since they are interactive motion menus. Is there any way to delete just the full screen movie version and keep the menus intact. I tried DVDshrink but it turned all the menus into still photos.

Try using DVDShrink in "Full Disc" mode.

Alternatively: VOBBlanker, DVDRemake (and Pro version), TitleSetBlanker and similar.
There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

    Carpe diem.

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

  3. Yeah, I'd use VobBlanker for the job. It'll keep the menus untouched. Just Blank out the fullscreen version of the movie (along with anything else you don't want, such as warnings and/or logos).

VOBBlanker worked. The newest version came out just in time. Not as complicated as I thought.
