I have some TS files from a digital box recording and I want to put them on a DVD to watch in another room. I split a movie into 3 file small enough to fit on a dvd but I'm not sure how to make them play in a HD DVD player without just turning them into a normal DVD. If I convert them into mpeg2 files will I lose the resolution?

just changing ts to mpeg2 with for example hdtv2mpeg2 wont change the resolution.
and I think you can author hddvd with latest ulead dvd moviefactory....but I don't know if it will work on dvd media though.
