Last Night's South Park

Was it me, or did anyone else find last night's South Park episode to be a little (alot) unfunny? That may have been the worst South Park episode ever. I guess I could see the point they were trying to make, but intertwining the "Million Little Pieces" spoof with Oprah's talking vagina and anus did not make for a very entertaining show.

I caught a piece of last week's episode and it was utter garbage. They got some nerve to talk about Family Guy like they are the best animated show ever.

I love Family Guy, but honestly what they said about the show was spot on. I can understand how it might piss a few people off but in general its the truth.

I think it was a tie-in to today (4/20).

I also think that they were trying to show you the writing process, so it was less of a regular episode and more of a documentary.

Most of the stuff that they said about Family Guy was self-deprecating. It seemed that "Family Guy" was code for "South Park". Cartman is usually the vent for what is wrong with people (or the opposite of what Matt & Trey feel), but it seemed more like he was venting against those who lump shows together. ("Star Wars, Star Tracks--whatever. One of them sciency shows.")
