    Whats the difference between the 2 current SVCD2DVD downloads for the registered users. I noticed one of them is a zip file, but is that the only difference?.
    Or are they different builds or version numbers.

    As it says, one is the "install file" - the other is the "install file zipped up." As no other differences are specified (date, build #,etc.) it seems pretty straightforward.

    Indeed they are the same... (thanks Jikchung - again!)

    Some people were have issues opening zip files....
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
    VOB2MPG PRO, Extract mpegs from your DVDs - with you in control!
