Naughty cop?

Unless you live in the Portland, Oregon metro area, you're probably unaware of this juicy news item. But recently, a female desk clerk for the Portland Police Bureau filed a complaint (through her attorney) against the city ... primarily related to alleged sexual misconduct by the existing Chief of Police. Her attorney's complaint filings included some very explicit excerpts of emails that the Chief allegedly sent to her.

For a very short time, a local TV station (KGW) put the filings up on their website. Hehe, I suspect they got a lot of angry calls from viewers due to the explicit nature of the filings. The filings came down from the site almost as fast as they went up ... and no doubt, the station's manager has probably come down on either the reporter or the webmaster (or both) for putting such an explicit thing up on a website that can be accessed by kids.

In any case, I captured the 9-page filing from 4/4/06 and 6-page filing from 4/5/06 and put them up on one of my domains. WARNING! The email excerpts are VERY explicit and should be considered unsafe for viewing at work:

OK. It's women like that which proves alcohol has halucinagenic properties. If there's a reason to outlaw alcohol & drugs, it's to prevent people from having sex with women like that and be forced to see them regularly afterward because they have to pay for child support.
