    I know you can Re-Author using DVD-Lab (the program I want to use) but is it possible to Re-Author a DVD and make a new Menu when there are 6 episodes on the DVD? if so how?

    What source do you have ? Creating menus is easy in DLP, you just have to import all the titles and point the menu items at the start of each one. If the episodes are in a single title, point to the first chapter of each episode.

    If you have VOBs, import the first VOB of the set, and say yes to demuxing, then author from there.
