    I'm using TMPGEnc 2.02 and I would like to encode an AVI video file into VCD letterbox form. What should my settings be?

    Try using the right template for vcd , then go to settings ,
    advanced, source aspect ratio, and choose 16:9 525 ntsc.
    I know when I choose that feature I get the bars on top and the bottom of the picture whether thats letterbox I don't know. Good luck
