  1. Hi all,

I watched the Ulead demos & read around here but I'm still stuck. I'd like to end up with a DVD that is playable in a set-top DVD player.

What I have is an All-In-Wonder video card. My daughter was in a local skate show which was broadcast on TV. When it came on, I used the card to record the show to my hard drive.

I now have a 3.26GB .mpg of the show on my hard drive- which I can watch on the PC. They have the music in it, of course, which the girls skated to.

It starts right where I want it- yet it ran into the TV logo, which means I want to stop the film just prior to that. Additionally, there is a 4 second title that they put at the end (odd?)- that I'd like to insert at the beginning.

I am totally lost when I open Workshop. I see where to browse for the file & can play it- but I cannot figure out how to edit?

I'm sure it's something super-simple (the simpler it is, the worse I am at it). Am I just missing a step?

Is there a really clear walkthrough on doing such a thing? Everything I see, so far, relates to capturing- but I already have it...

Sorry to sound so dense- I'm just out of my realm here...

Any tips are very much appreciated!

    Thanks so much,

    Tracy
