I am looking at purchasing a multi-format DVD recorder (only because I have no idea what format my other players are). I am not sure what the best is for my needs. I want to copy my kids VHS to DVD to play in the car, to record home movies onto DVD and maybe record TIVO items to DVD. I would love to make copies of current DVDs in case my kids scratch them (very common) but I realize that most DVDs today are copyprotected. My computer is too old (2000) to bother putting in a DVD drive. Any feedback is appreciated. I looked at reviews and they basically confused me![]()
