Besides being an aspiring gangsta rapper, I've been trying to fill the voids in my time with woodwork. Unfortunately, I don't have the patience for precision so I just usually end up creating something functional but not that exciting out of wood scraps.

My most recent project: A crate PC. I had some Dell Dimension parts and a bunch of scrap wood and way too much free time. I've gotta say though, the computer works great.

Wireless Networking
40GB Harddrive
Nvidia Video Card
533mhz PIII processor
256MB RAM

It's the perfect garage PC, although I have some dust issues I need to address with it.

This replaced the super cool PC built using a cardboard oil case.

I haven't a clue what you would class as lurking but I reckon it does offend some people when you mention it . I don't see why as does anyone actually get offended by the lurkers? It would be cool if anyone could take the time to post 8) but I see no harm in making fun of the fact seeing as lurking isn't a crime

hell, I'll admit I've lurked at various forums over the years and the latest is probably Faustus's place. That's because I can't be bothered to login as I keep forgetting my password . To get into OT, you already have to be logged in so that's one part of it over plus it has the neat quick reply .

surely out of the 50 yoda polls and my 50 useless threads a day, there should be at least one thread that someone will reply to

that's cool 8). I remember building my first PC and switching it on, as expected nothing much happened . I can't recall exactly what was wrong back then but I've had a faulty case a few times and normally it's the button switches that are faulty

that could be it mate, the smell of crap does attract flies . I wish I could post crap for a long time to come as I just can't seem to pull myself away when I could be doing other stuff. I will only do it while as it's still amusing for myself to have a little back n forth with you guys 8) but I do need to concentrate on certain things . I'm probably part of the reason people lurk as they don't like me and don't want to chit chat

I know that some other forums are dying a death but that's because it's the same old crap day in day out from the same old faces and no new faces are joining in.

with the traffic that this site gets I'm sure that another Yoda, MX etc will soon join in the fun of making even more useless threads

I was thinking of quite a few other forums not this forum. Five other forums I rarely post at and nobody else here does have gone real quite over recent months. So have some other forums that I don't post at simply because I can't . Maybe they should let me post and give them a hand but for now I'll just waste my time in this forum, sorry guys
