First of all, I would like to thank the creators of this website and the helpful forum users for all their work and suggestions.
I burned my first DVD of home recordings using the basic process mentioned in the following "DV to DVD" guide:
How to capture DV Video from your camera and convert it to DVD
http://www.dvd-guides.com/guides.php?category=dv&name=dvtodvd
When I play the DVD, i see the fast-forward or jerking effect at few places for only a couple of seconds. After that it plays normal on its own. Its like I pressed the fast forward button on my remote for couple of seconds.
Any help is higly appreciated.
Thanks

What MPeg2 encoder did you use and what were the settings?
Was there high motion in the segments of the program that are jerking? Did they play smoothly before encoding?Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
