Karaoke subtitles - Need good programs for it

So far, I've done 2 music videos with karaoke subtitles, both of them in Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. But I'm beginning to yearn for something else, something better.

Something with more options and that takes much less time to work.

Are there any good karaoke subtitling programs out there? What do the leading anime fansubbers use?

I typed Karaoke Software into google and got nearly 10 million hits. From the first page returned I found the following

I cannot vouch for any of these, as I have never been able to understand the attraction of karaoke, as a participant or a voyeur, regardless of how drunk I may have been at times.
