    Hi,

I've been trying to make a DVD out of 2 XVID avis. Also i wanted abackround menu video (just 1 min).

I threw everything in the ULEAD DVD workshop 2, i added subtitles and buttons. Everything fine. The size seems to be 4GB.

But when i try to burn it to an iso on my PC, it says it needs 33 hours ( i calculated it) !!!!! And i dont think thats normal !

What kind of video files can i give this programm, so that it will NOT have to recompress them ?

    thanks for any help

probably vbr(variable bitrate) mp3 audio in the avis...and most converters doesn't like it. convert to dvd with something else like divxtodvd, it supports subs also.

or convert the audio in the avi to wav and use it as audio source in ulead workshop.

Hm, i tried that , and now it crashes !!

I'll try giving it vob files to burn. If that fails too, i'll try DivxToDVD.
