    Hi,
    Is it possible only to extract a 5 minute audio which is a special
    song from a DVD and convert it to a WAV or MP3 ?

    I've done it using VirtualDub Mod. Load in the VOB, then extract the audio as a WAV file. Then drop that into Audacity and pick the part you want and save as a MP3 file. Lots of other ways to do it, also.
